Families are the basic the basic unit of the society. The strength of the country also depends on the strength of the families that it has.We must maintain a strong bond within our family to strengthen our nation.
As a children,we have many ways to keep a solid and strong family.In our own simple way , we can maintain the bond of our family.
We must show our love to our parents but not only to our parents but also to the other members of the family.We must be the ones to make way to solve family problems.Family problems that can to lead a broken family.And broken families weakens the country.
So,we children must be kind , industrious and of course follow our parents . Following the simple errands of our parents is a simple way to maintain a solid family.
We must also prevent or lessen fighting with our brothers or sisters to give our parents less worries and to make them happy.We must also be good and perform well at school so that they will be proud of us.
We can maintain or build a solid family even if we are just a child.Our simple ways can help lessen and solve the problems our parents have. We must love ,obey and respect our parents to have a solid family...

My Father ,My Best Friend
We celebrates father's day to acknowledge and to thank the man who supported and helped us in our daily lives. Its none other than our beloved father.They are the reason why we lived in this beautiful world.So we must show our love to our father but not only to them but of course to our mother.
My father is Walter Castillo Santos , he is a service engineer in Bahrain. He works there to ensure a bright future for us. He won't be around this Sunday but still we will celebrate father's day for my grandfather and Uncles. My dad is a very kind , supportive and understanding. He is also my team mate in basketball last April when he had his vacation.He is also my best friend . I shared my problems with him and he can give me a good advice that ends the problem.
Friends and relatives of my father calls me "wally boy" because they said that i looked like my father very much when he was at my age . And even my moves and even a simple smile they will still notice are similarities.
He is the one who told me the importance of studies . He and my mom served as my inspiration to study harder . I loved him . He knows what is the best for me because he is my father and my best friend.
On June 19 2011, lets greet our father a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY.

First week of Classes
June 6, i woke up early in the morning because its the first day of our class.I took my breakfast then i took a bath.All of my things are new and that encouraged me to study hard .And finally i'm ready to school.
At school, i arrived before the first flag ceremony for the school year 2011-2012 starts.We lined up and i'm the first boy in the line.I was surprised by the new set of officers that will lead us.As the new battalion leader shout a command , i respectfully follow the command.The teachers were the ones who lead the ceremony. And as i expected, it was a happy ceremony.
After the ceremony, I went to our classroom and waited for our adviser.Our adviser came and commanded us to clean our respective places.After cleaning, our class started.Our adviser gave as a short discussion and he went to her next class. Then, the next teachers entered our room and leaved after our class. Finally, the first of of classes ended.I felt happy and proud that i survived the first day .
The next two days were our tests.It was a rainy day.We took tests in the morning then we had the club organization election at the afternoon of the 1st day. I decided to join the Filipino club and it was my third year in that club. I was voted as the escort of our club but i'm not expecting for any position. And it rained, as a result i was wet .
I was not able to attend the fourth day of classes because had a fever . I was not able to send an excuse letter because no vehicles can pass through the streets.
Yes! I was able to go to school on the fifth day.I felt comfortable of wearing our new scouting uniform. For me, this uniform was better than the previous one.Its a regular day with a regular class.
Finally, the class ended and the officers shouted "EVERYBODY FALL IN!!". I ran and placed my things outside the room. As the flag goes down, I feel i'm grateful to be a part of our school. And our platoon leader dismissed us.YES!! this is not the end but it is just the start of a new and challenging year.!!!
